Hello everyone! I share with you a successful case of super low rotation bearing failure detection. This is a single-drum bypass bearing on a belt conveyor.
Increases in vibration levels were detected in March 2022 and, via the Dynamox system, it was possible to diagnose the bearing outer race failure, which was later confirmed in intervention.
