- You represent that you have the right to share any machine data you upload

- Public Sharing: If a machine with data is shared with the community, it will be available to all community members. This means the data and machine information becomes public within the platform
- Once data is shared publicly, it cannot be made private again and will remain accessible to the community
5.2 Social and Professional Content
- Social posts, knowledge articles, and discussion board content must comply with community guidelines
- Job postings must be legitimate opportunities in the maintenance and reliability field
- Event postings must be real industry events, conferences, or training opportunities
- All content is subject to moderation and approval before publication
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the rights to upload the content
- Your content does not infringe any third-party rights or laws
- You agree that you will not claim future ownership or royalties from insights derived from your content once submitted
- Your content is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge
6. Data Usage and Predictions
All uploaded machine and sensor data are treated as anonymous and used for community-wide predictions, competitions, analytics, and machine learning development. Prediction results are not guaranteed to be accurate and should not be solely relied upon for safety or operational decisions.
We are not liable for any losses, damages, or operational outcomes based on predictions or recommendations from the platform. Users should always verify predictions with qualified professionals and appropriate safety protocols.
6.1 Failure Predictions and Expert Opinions
Failure predictions for machine data are mainly selected and confirmed by community members. Experts in the community are making their best efforts for the predictions to be as accurate as possible. However, these are just predictions and even different experts may have different opinions on the same data. Community developers and management are not responsible for wrong predictions or disagreements between experts.

- No guarantee is provided regarding the accuracy of any predictions made on the platform
- Users should not rely solely on platform predictions for critical operational decisions

If a user, machine, or data is deleted, it will not be hard deleted, but everything will be anonymized. This is because tournaments, tests, points, and other community activities are performed based on these data. Complete removal would compromise the integrity of historical competitions and community contributions.
- User accounts are soft-deleted and anonymized rather than permanently removed
- Machine data and predictions remain available for historical analysis and competition integrity
- Personal identifying information is removed during the anonymization process
- Anonymized data continues to contribute to community knowledge and research
- This policy ensures the integrity of tournaments, leaderboards, and community statistics
- Users cannot request complete removal of their data due to its integration with community activities
