After maintenance:
Motor pulley was 2mm back from its axis. There was also quite a few rubber dust on the floor coming off the v-belt.
After the pulley montage and adjustment, vibration measurement was again. The motor value decreased from 11.28 mm/sto 3.63 mm/s. However, there are dominant horizontal and axial problems in the spectrum. There is a problem with the pulley and the taper bush.
• Taper bush and pulley have to replaced.
• After the pulley replacement, it should be checked with the comparator.
The current values are within the limits. But the maintenance period should not be extended.
