Vibration values in oil-filled gearboxes may be low due to oil damping, but good analysis can still detect malfunctions.

With the 800 liter oil-filled gearbox measuring point, the vibration values coming from the prop distance of approximately 900 mm are 0.30 g's, the incoming signals may be very low in oil-filled gearboxes because the hot oil dampens the vibration and causes it to come at very low values and the signals coming to the device will remain below the alarm level because they are low.
BUT NO MALFUNCTION CAN BE HIDDEN FROM A GOOD ANALYSIS...!
