Small water pump running on 3000rpm oil lubricated coupled by motor 40HP. Redundant unit.
The easiest way to define a bearing defect is appearance audible noise, whenever you hear audible noise on high speed unit mostly the acceleration g's swing is about 50-100++, the bearing already damaged.
Multiple bearing defects occur on this bearing. Two balls were damaged, outer race defect, the cage also damaged. Captured by Muhammad Fauzan
