Damage to the cardan bar due to poor lubrication.
Vibration readings were taken when monitoring was requested because wobble was detected in the gimbal bar. Axial vibration and the first harmonics are triggered by damage to the gimbal bar.
Upon physical inspection, it was detected that it had not been lubricated. It is important to comply with lubrication programs in couplings so as not to avoid sudden failures in their elements.
