Damage to toothed coupling in Fan Pump (Paper Machine)
This equipment typically operates between 400 and 550 rpm. The trend trip of 3-8x was observed due to the increase of the first harmonics on the couple side of the engine. The amplitudes are smaller in the vertical direction due to the mass of the equipment. It was recommended to inspect the condition of the coupling, finding it with wear and tear due to not having been properly lubricated.
