By the CMS vibration measuring, we detected critical problem on 800 kW VFD electric motor.
BSF- Presence of ball spin frequency with harmonics and cage rate sidebands as rolling element contacts inner race and outer race and travels at cage rate
BPFO- Presence of outer race frequency with harmonics
This fault caused by discharge of voltage generated in the rotor as a result of electrical fluctuations in VFD
