Water pump overhang type
In this case we noted
1-1x speed with noise floor in velocity spectrum
2- distortion in TWf with non periodic peaks. 3-The noise floor in high frequency with the highest peak in acceleration spectrum with multiple harmonic of 1x with van pass frequency.
This type of defect is known cavitation Its generate high vibrations in terms of acceleration,
A high sound may be heard when the cavitation reaches a high level.
The section line should be inspected with liquid, to avoid this defect and increase MTBF for this type of pump.
