Induction Motor Mechanical Looseness

High vibrations in the radial directions on the RH side of a 2000 KW Induction Motor at 990 RPM were observed. After correcting mechanical looseness, the vibration level decreased to 1.4mm/s.

As far as overall vibration is concerned, we noted high vibrations in the radial directions on the RH side.
1- 2x speed higher than 1x
2-harmonic with synchronous speed for 6x
3- small peak with 2LF
4- 2 peak in single revolution with TWF

weak in structural , bolt lose ,crack foundation
They noticed that one of the bolt in rare feet is broken after correcting these tasks, the vibration level decreases to 1.4mm/s.
