Misalignment Related GMF and Sidebands at Gear-Pinion

Harmonic GMF, sidebands, and a small peak at 1x speed indicate misalignment between the pinion and girth gear or journal bearing clearance.

1- harmonic GMF , with 2GMF more than 1 GMF
2- 1x sidebabds around the gmf .
3- 1x speed noted with small peak .

The most common cause of these defects is misalignment between the pinion and girth gear, or clearance in journal bearing leads to these misalign,
For sideband its appear when wear in tooth pattern occurs , but when misalignment happens, the contact between the tooth flank incorrect leads to like this defect
