Characteristic frequencies and amplitudes of the BPFO element were detected, indicating bearing wear. Prepare for bearing replacement within 30 days and request a new predictive evaluation after replacement.
Characteristic frequencies, amplitudes, and harmonic distribution of the BPFO element – outer raceway of the bearing – were detected, i.e., the passage of the balls or rollers through the raceway with wear, holes, or cracks. Some noise alteration, but no temperature alteration.
1) Make preparations for the bearing replacement considering the 30-day period after the issuance of this report.
2) After the bearing replacement, request a new predictive evaluation.
* Lubrication: In a very harsh environment like the one where the bearing is located (high humidity, constant rain, direct sunlight, and contamination), the intervals should be short.
Spectrum with peaks referring to the passage of rollers or balls through defects in the outer BPFO raceway of the bearing.
