Sharing with you an assertiveness that occurred in the S11D @vale single line project (TCLD), in the vibrational analysis in the bearing 231 68 CCK W33 C3, drum 01 driven from TR-1085-KS-02, we identified a defect in the bearing (BPFI) internal raceway, modulating at a frequency of 10.78 Hz, as mentioned in the open report, the post intervention and perimeter of the replaced bearing, A crack was diagnosed in the internal track as shown in the photo in the image, evidencing the crack and attenuations in the vibrational values, I would like to congratulate everyone involved in the monitoring, planning and execution of the activity, fundamental to ensure the integrity of the asset as a whole.
