Working closely with the site team at a plant in the North West, we avoided a potential in-operation failure of a unit by means of #vibrationmonitoring . The unit was replaced during the plant's July shutdown, before which we did not have any internal details of the pump.
Inputting the #bearing details after the pump was stripped down for inspection, we can see the inner race markers lining up nicely against the fault frequencies.
