Electric Motor Bearing Outer Ring Failure

Proper timing in lubrication is just as important as the amount of lubrication. Lubrication after mechanical damage begins only prolongs the growth time of the damage and gives us time for intervention.
A good example in this regard, whose amplitudes decrease with lubrication and then increase rapidly, is shared below. During the transition from periodic lubrication to condition-based lubrication, the same electric motor was lubricated at short intervals with the acoustic lubrication devices we tried.

(August 10 value after lubrication, August 19 amplitude increase and decrease after lubrication, August 23 amplitude increase, August 24 decrease after lubrication, August 26 amplitude increase, August 31 value after engine maintenance)
