Vibration measurements on a 3-phase vertical motor revealed a dominant 1X frequency of 18.25 Hz, likely caused by triggering the natural frequency field. Changing the driver frequency to 23.19 Hz significantly reduced vibration.
Natural Frequency Diagnostic Work:
- In vibration measurements made on a 3-phase vertical motor; The dominant 1X frequency was diagnosed at a frequency of 18.25 Hz, and near-sinusoidal waves were observed at the mil frequency in timewave analysis.
-As a result of the situation assessment; triggering of the natural frequency field of the equipment was determined as the cause and the driver frequency was changed to 23.19 Hz. (Many different spindle frequencies have been tried for accurate frequency diagnosis.)
-After the study, a significant decrease in vibration values was observed.
