Fan Bearing Block Bearing Wear Case Analysis

In the periodic field measurements taken; The measurements taken from the fan bearing block with a motor power of 350 kW, which is of critical importance, are shown in the Spectrum below. Shock Pulse measurements showed a high level of 'CARPET'; In the acceleration and time waveform, base noise is seen. For this reason, a wear problem has been detected in the bearing bearings.

After the bearing replacement, wear was observed in the outer ring, inner ring and ball that we detected in the bearing.
