On route, in one of our equipment, we came across a significant evolution in a SEW-EURODRIVE motor/gearbox, rotation per minute 1775rpm. We evidenced in the input axis, signs of (rotation harmonic). Associated with excessive mechanical impacts.
The asset was already mapped for intervention, but this evolution made us reduce the intervention period to the first scheduled shutdown.
