UPS Module Bottom Bearing Fault

UPS Module bottom bearing fault, very interesting case, So far we think that the fault type is Flaking, and happened as a result of lake of greasing and a problem in the automatic greaser, the fault pattern found on the (outer race, inner race and rolling element) is very similar to the fault shape in the bearing diagnostic chart.
The Vibration velocity and Peakvue spectrum didn't show significant or clear evidence of the bearing fault … yes there was a change but wasn't worrying one, levels were still low.
Did you see similar fault before ? do you have similar machine ? did you face same problem ?
