Success Case through online vibration monitoring, avoiding a corrective maintenance cost of approximately R$31,000.00.

During online monitoring of the equipment, we identified increased vibration levels with frequencies of play in the bearing housing of equipment , which was planned as part of the preventive maintenance to check the play adjustment.
Upon opening the bearing housing, the play was identified and the necessary interventions were carried out, returning the equipment to normal operating conditions.
This avoided corrective maintenance and greater damage such as: bearing, shaft, housing breakage and equipment unavailability.
