The middle and low frequency bands are rich in energy seen in FFT spectrum, and the envelope demodulation shows the characteristic frequency harmonics of the inner ring of the bearing.
The shock characteristics of frequency conversion modulation can be seen in time waveform.
The bearing at the load end of the pump is damaged in the early and mid-term, and the raceway ofthe inner ring is pitted and deteriorates slowly.
