Cooling Tower Gearbox Bearing Fault
Remote monitoring detected a faulty gearbox in a cooling tower, causing bearing damage. The customer was informed and oil analysis confirmed the issue.

Another faulty gearbox caught during our continuous remote monitoring. This time it is from cooling tower gearbox. Harmonics of Gearbox output shaft is observed in current data. Serious impacting is there on gearbox bearings. Which indicates looseness.
Same has informed to the customer and they did oil analysis and found severe iron content.
