Predictive online monitoring can be described as a proactive approach to monitoring, with the goal of identifying and preventing potential problems before they occur and with better efficiency.

Fault identified after the system alarms pointing to an increase in vibration levels in the Reducer. When performing analysis, we identified a failure in the gearbox input gear. The failure was monitored until the scheduled shutdown, after the intervention (there was excess play in the key and play between shaft and pinion) the vibration levels returned to normal, avoiding major damage to the equipment and loss of production due to unexpected stoppages.
