Pillow block bearings with tapered sleeve bearings .
purpose of use : dust collection .
Durring 1st level inspection noted suddenly incrase vibration with radial directions after do balancing on it before 3 days .
when vibration was taken the spectrum show
1. multiable harmonic of 1x
2. 2x dominated more than 1x
3. 0.5 X sideband around the rotation speed and there harmonic.
the symptoms was mechanical lossness according to lose tighten sleeve bearings
