Within the scope of predictive maintenance studies in our Compound Fertilizer production facility, imbalance was detected as a result of the vibration measurement analyzes we made on the fan equipment in the dust sedimentation system. The horizontal value of 11.25 mm/s was reduced to 0.739 mm/s with the application of in-situ balancing after fan cleaning.
