Newly Commissioned Bearing Inner Race Fault
NUP238 bearing, less than 2 months old, experienced noise and vibration issues, leading to replacement. Visual inspection revealed evenly spaced marks on the inner race.

New installed bearings reported noise 1 day after machine running, from vibration data observed an indications of bearing defects in the inner race (BPFI), the crest factor value reached 7.82, the bearing temperature was 60-70 degrees Celsius. Then Bearing is decided to be replaced during shutdown. Visual Inspection of damaged bearing shown an evenly spaced mark at the inner race bearing.
