We have successfully identified bearing defects in the 2322KW Electric Motor utilized in our process equipment. This fault has been detected promptly, as the motor showcased the impact of this defect at the onset of its operation.
Our diagnosis was performed with the application of SKF Envelope acceleration technology, which has proven to be a reliable tool for detecting faults in rotating machinery. Vibration analysis, in particular, is an effective technique for identifying faults in their early stages, enabling us to prevent unexpected shutdowns and consequential damages.
For further understanding, we recommend reviewing the acceleration, velocity FFT spectrums, TWFs, and accompanying visual aids that have been provided for your reference.
