Cooler Fan Motor BSF Before and After Grease

i am facing new problem for me
We have bearing defect frequency(BSF) in motor bearing of cooler fan and when grease it disappear this peak
we doubt in broken cap of bearing that lead to escape the grease from bearing
Also gE value of NDE motor bearing decrease from 6.4 gE to 2.1 gE when re-grease DE bearing only with 5 gram.
Time of reading after grease took after 5 hours of re-grease time and other reading took today after old reading 24 hours
what is your opinion?
