Predictive analysis successfully identified and solved a critical problem in the TR-151-08 TB08 LE bearing. The analysis highlighted excessive wear and fractures on the outer raceway, leading to imminent failure.
ASSERTIVE CASE BEARING 23184 TR-151-08 TB08 LE🔧
I'm excited to share a recent success story in predictive analysis of bearing failures. Using advanced diagnostic techniques, we were able to identify and solve a critical problem in the TR-151-08 TB08 LE bearing.
📸 The attached photos highlight the accuracy of the technical diagnosis regarding excessive wear on the outer raceway of the bearing. It is important to highlight the presence of fractures in the outer track, a clear indicator of imminent failure.
📊 The bearing had high energy levels and deterministic peaks, with the predominant frequency of wear on the bearing's outer raceway (BPFO). The spectra and waveform graphs presented show the conditions of the bearing before and after the intervention performed on the equipment.
🔍 Before replacement: The spectrum showed deterministic impacts at the 13.25Hz frequency, indicating clear signs of wear on the bearing's outer raceway (Ball Pass Frequency Outer Race).
🔧 After replacement: The equipment is within normal vibration parameters, as evidenced by the post-intervention charts.
This case highlights the importance of predictive maintenance and the effectiveness of our diagnostic techniques to ensure the reliability and longevity of equipment.
Thanks to the Felipe Pimenta and Benedito Júnior Santos technicians for participating in the work.
