A single worn out hammer head can create impact on machine vibration.
During routine data gathering, an observed abrupt increase in overall velocity vibration. Spectrum indicates dominant 1x shaft turning speed- a suspected unbalance of the equipment.
Upon actual inspection, 1 hammer head is already damaged.
