With Condition Monitoring-Vibration Analysis we are able to detect developing bearing wear. The detection helps our operation and maintenance team scheduling repair before catastropic failure.
Both spectrum and time waveform are showing indication of bearing defect.
Spectrum shows non-synchronous peak(Ball pass frequency inner race of 6312 bearing.
Time waveform shows regular impacting noise.
