Condition/Development
Vibration and temperature measurements were taken on the cylinder head, on the hydro-draining side, of conveyor belts #1 and #2 to determine their condition.

Results obtained:
• According to the measurements taken, the cylinder head pulley bearing on the hydro-draining side shows an incipient failure frequency (BPFO) on the outer race, with multiple harmonics (see spectrum and circular waveform).

• Reflected temperature: 43°C - Similar bearing: 41°C.

Recommendation: It is recommended to replace the bearing on both sides.
