Machine downtime avoided with continuous vibration monitoring using Dynamox sensors in a single-screen motor.
Over the months we found that the overall levels of acceleration were constantly rising, after diagnosing that the engine bearings were already defective, we were able to follow the evolution of the defect over time and act at the appropriate time.
In online monitoring, we have greater reliability of the data obtained, reduced cost in certain applications, in addition to scheduled and planned shutdowns with the maintenance schedule.
