It's crucial to understand that the high amplitude of g's (acceleration levels) and absolute values of g's are not the sole indicators.
Instead, the percentage increase from the baseline is a significant indicator of bearing fault.
This data was taken on the vertical cement mill planetary gearbox pinion bearing with PRUFTECHNIK VIBGUARD IIOT, which is showing signs of an inner race fault with increasing trend. Although amplitude is low. But spectrum and BPFI trend is indicating bearing fault.
