I am pleased to report the early detection of a similar issue in the HT motor, drawing upon previous experience with HT motors. In this instance, same major role of motor's NDE bearing was affected by electrical leakage, resulting in fluting symptoms observed on the bearing components.

With the support and expertise of my manager 👏👍, measures were taken to ensure that insulated bearings were installed on the motor’s NDE side, along with anti-leakage carbon brushes on the DE side, to prevent recurrent failures.

Experience often plays a crucial role in permanently avoiding such faults. I value and accept recommendations from experienced individuals as an opportunity to enhance my knowledge and expertise.
