High vibration of the fan motor (NGA = 6 g) and high background noise at both fan bearings. The vibratory condition of the fan is considered unacceptable.
Following a vibration analysis, a BPFO-type bearing defect was identified.
I recommend replacing the turbine bearings during the next planned shutdown.
