Drive Type= Coupling
Detected Failures= Imbalance and bent shaft
When we look at the velocity spectrum, there are 2 peak values in the first and second orders(Blue colored signals)
After we detect the bent shaft failure, we took a test of cross channel phase.
In this test we've detected the imbalance failure(Values are near the 360 degrees)
After the balancing and shaft correction services, we took a vibration measurement. All the problems were gone
