Predictive analytics plays an essential role in the early identification of failures in industrial equipment. Using portable sensors integrated into the Dynamox platform, we efficiently monitor vibrations and perform spectral analysis, allowing for accurate diagnostics and planned interventions.

We follow a daily periodic route, dedicating each day to a specific sector. This organization optimizes data collection and analysis, ensuring greater coverage and agility in monitoring.

In a recent case, spectral envelope analysis identified characteristic BPFI (Ball Pass Frequency Inner Race) peaks, indicating wear on the inner track of a 6310 bearing. The physical inspection confirmed the diagnosis, validating the use of vibrational analysis as a strategic tool for preventive maintenance and reduction of operating costs.
