The importance of predictive analytics:
In advance to avoid equipment breakdown, thus being able to predict failure and act in a planned manner.

There was a sudden increase in equipment acceleration, accompanied by a trend. After checking the spectrum, the envelope was made and the failure in BPFO was found.

It is a saw with a speed above 3600 RPM, thus requiring intervention as soon as possible. Remembering that we have done the work, we predict the failure, thus avoiding an equipment breakdown, an unplanned stoppage and we still manage to reconcile maintenance with production without the need to stop the plant.
