The team has been out collecting various condition monitoring data across factories and plants up and down the UK. Meanwhile, the Repair Center has been hugely successful in providing reliable repairs for our customers, while also serving as a great tool to confirm what we are seeing in the condition monitoring data.
After being flagged for a gearbox defect on the mid-stage gear, the customer was able to replace this unit before failure. A quick look inside confirms what we have found: a great result and a potential breakdown avoided.
