I share with you a case of bearing failure:

Bearings are crucial components in many machines
and equipment, fail for various reasons.
I detail the most common causes of bearing failure: lack of lubrication, contamination, overloading, material fatigue, incorrect assembly, etc.
Below I present a bearing of a Paper Machine (dryer cylinder) with visible hulling on the external track. It should be noted that the team was kept under daily follow-up to evaluate his condition, until the date of intervention.
This fault is characterized by having non-synchronous and harmonic frequencies in both velocity, acceleration and envelope filter spectrums.
Added envelope filter spectrums, waterfall, and trend graph. Besides
Referential images of protruding bearing with failure.
