Vibration analysis of a 142 rpm mixer identified a high signal at 20 times the rotation speed. The failure was resolved by adjusting the gap between the propeller blades and the diffuser.

Determination of the point where the high signal came as a result of the analysis. The solution to the failure was solved by adjusting the equal gap between the mixer propeller blades and the diffuser. Mastering all the technical information of each measured equipment makes the analysis easier.
