The Partnered Ultrasound Team found an unusual electrical fault on this motor rotor using both the ultrasound and vibration analysis capabilities on their SDT340!

They found an eccentric motor rotor, at 2 times line frequency, of 60 Hz, equalling 120 Hz.

Eccentric rotors produce a rotating variable air gap between the rotor and stator, which includes pulsating vibration (normal between 2LF, and the closest running speed harmonic).
