Infrared Thermography in Action.
During our Infrared Thermographic route on Quarry rotating equipment, a motor was identified with elevated surface temperature caused by buildup restricting airflow and proper cooling.

After cleaning and inspection, a significant temperature drop was observed, confirming restored cooling efficiency and preventing potential motor failure.

Infrared inspections continue to be an essential part of our predictive maintenance program, helping us detect early issues before they lead to costly downtime.
